In addition, he also assisted with the creation our design project evaluation. Each of these has allowed our designers across different projects to align on a similar process. This alignment ensures a consistent data gathering and reporting methodology for design leadership to showcase our impact across the organization. Rick was also a key contributor to our design pattern libraries. Helping to establish the initial patterns we used in our facility management software to then contributing to the wider GWS pattern library Any team that hires Rick will be gaining a true design leader. He is able to mentor and grow other designers on the team while also engaging and teaching other stakeholders about the work of UX and design.
